This month we will learn how to prepare Turkey Burgers. As part of the lesson we will be covering the following techniques and skills.

• Using appliances such as electric grills in a safe and efficient manner.
• Organizing materials and ingredients efficiently.
• Cutting and chopping various food items safely.
• Determining when the meat is done by way of other senses such as touch, hearing, and smell.
