DESCRIPTION:Every month we host Support Group for people who are visually impaired or blind. Our adjustment to blindness support group is intended to help people in the blindness community connect with others who have the shared experience of vision loss\, while providing information about resources and teaching strategies and approaches to coping with vision loss \nPlease join us every first Wednesday of the month\, 10 AM to 12 PM. \nSupport Groups are hosted by Kevin Higgins our Certified Vision Rehabilitation Specialist.

DESCRIPTION:Since the release of the iPhone in 2007\, Apple has taken great strides to make sure all of their products are accessible to people with disabilities. Join us as we learn more about the great features that are contained in these devices. \nApple iOS Users Group \nTopics may include: \n\nLearning to use the iPhone\, iPad\, etc.\nAdvanced voice over and accessibility features\nUseful apps for blind and low vision users\nDemos of other apple products such as the Apple TV\n\nMeetings will be held the first Wednesday of the month at the Lighthouse for the blind from 12:00 to 1:30 PM.
