Our guest speaker\, Liz Wisecarver\, works for the National Federation of the Blind of Texas as the NFB-NEWSLINE® Texas Coordinator. She earned her Master’s in Orientation and Mobility from Louisiana Tech University. Before moving to Texas in 2015\, Liz taught blind public school students in Louisiana and Mississippi cane travel.
